From one owner to the next

Made something good? Hand it on.

Your site goes to someone who will keep it going. We check it first, and the money waits at Escrow.com until they have it all.

Made for people who build things

No commission

Listing is free, and we take nothing when your site sells.

Every listing checked

The owner proves it is theirs before it goes live. Buyers see its real age and whether it is still online.

Money held safely

The buyer pays Escrow.com, not the seller. The money waits there until the buyer has the site.

Warnings in your chats

If a message asks you to pay outside the site or send a code, we warn you right under it.

Three steps

How it works

Step 1 · List

List your site for free, with no commission

Buyers find it, message you and make offers.

  • Five short steps: its link, what it is, its numbers and your price.
  • A short code on your site proves it is yours.
  • No listing fee and no commission.

Step 2 · We check

Every listing is checked before it goes up

What we find is shown on the listing, for every buyer to see.

  • The owner: a code only the site's owner can add.
  • Its real age, from the domain's public record, and that it is online, every day.
  • Its visitors, counted by us when the seller adds our counter.

Step 3 · Pay safely

The money waits until the site is yours

Agree on a price, then the deal goes through Escrow.com.

  • The buyer pays Escrow.com, never the seller directly.
  • The seller hands everything over, step by step, on the deal page.
  • The buyer checks it all, then Escrow.com pays the seller.

Good to know

Questions people ask

Is it really free?

Yes. Listing a site is free, and Sitescrow takes no commission when it sells. The only fee is Escrow.com’s, for holding the payment, and the buyer and seller agree who pays it.

How is a listing checked?

The owner proves the site is theirs with a code on the site or in its DNS. We check the domain’s age and that the site is online, and once the seller adds our counter, we count its real visitors. Every check is shown on the listing.

Who holds the money?

Not Sitescrow. The buyer pays Escrow.com, which keeps the money until the buyer has everything, and then pays the seller.

What can I sell?

Websites, online shops, SaaS, apps, games, YouTube channels, social media accounts, newsletters and domains. Some platforms don’t allow their accounts to be sold, so check their rules first.

I agreed a sale somewhere else. Can I still use Sitescrow?

Yes. Send a private deal request to the other member. Once they accept, you both get the deal page, with the handover checklist and safe payment.
